"Early to bed, and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise" may be more true than we thought. Staying up late disturbs our body clock. Altering our sleep cycle alters our eating cycle and food choices. It is a downward spiral or "perfect storm" leading to increased risks for poor health. No one practitioner has all the answers.
